Adam Robinson, Marketing Manager

Adam Robinson oversees the overall marketing strategy for Thomasholmes including website development, social media and content marketing, trade show marketing, email campaigns, and webinar marketing. Mr. Robinson works with the business development department to create messaging that attracts the right decision makers, gaining inbound leads and increasing brand awareness all while shortening sales cycles, the time it takes to gain sales appointments and set proper sales and execution expectations. Furthermore, along with the Thomasholmes leadership, Adam works towards differentiating Thomasholmes in the freight logistics world as a customer service company backed by world class proprietary technology.

Adam has worked in the field of digitizing business, marketing, and sales processing since his first job out of college at a start-up where he provided self-employed and small business entities with affordable health benefits. There, he saw how digitizing the sales process increases your close rate while also shortening the sales cycle. In his next position, he saw how an effective CRM and creating a culture of corporate adoption can increase a company’s bottom line (and employee happiness). As he gravitated from sales to marketing, he saw how antiquated media was easily transitioned into digital platforms in order to reach an ever-evolving consumer.

As he worked to build a social media start-up to a multi-million dollar agency, he saw how everything in his career always went back to digital solutions, in every aspect of a business. Sales. Customer Service. Marketing. Operations. Employee Wellness. Employee Communication. And More. In this way, Thomasholmes will leverage all of its tools to better collaborate and innovate, all while applying lean methodologies to eliminate waste and clutter.

Adam attended the University of Texas at Austin where he both majored in government and business with a minor in marketing.

Mr. Robinson lives in Little Elm, Texas with his wife, Amber, of five years and their two children. He is an avid reader of the marketing, business, manufacturing and government industries and enjoys both college football and the NFL.
